Amey is Founder and CEO of Ajinkya Technologies (a brand of Kadle Global Pvt Ltd). He is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore. The company was bootstrapped in 2015 in Belagavi and now runs an engineering team split between Belagavi (HQ) and Bengaluru (development centre).
Ajinkya Technologies delivers Manufacturing Execution Systems, IIoT, RFID warehouse automation, computer vision quality inspection, agentic AI and the Ankastra workforce intelligence platform to enterprise manufacturers in steel, foundry, automotive, refractory and engineering. Reference clients include JSW Steel, Hindalco Industries, Samsung Electronics and Aditya Birla Group.
